Founded in 2005, Hangzhou homay Digital Textiles Technology Co. Ltd has dedicated itself to developing the digital print technology & promoting the digital print business for more than 16 years. Now we have mature technics, advanced stable industrial grade printing equipment & quite perfect facilities. At present, we have experienced in digital polyester transfer printing, digital polyester direct printing and digital reactive printing on silk, cotton, rayon，viscose & other garment fabrics for the width during 180cm and so on. At the beginning of 2017, we invested new equipment for 320cm width reactive printing machine to improve our comprehensive ability of digital printing.

Extra Width Digital Printing (Different DPI about 1,000 meters to 2,000 meters)

Equipment: 1 Set of High Speed Digital Printing with 16 KYOCERA Print Heads, 320cm Width

We also have the comprehensive facilities with: digital printing special sizing machine, roller transfer machine, continuous steaming machine, open width washing machine, flat molding machine, rope washing machine, cold air ring oven.

Technical Optimization 

1.Through the continuous optimization of the size of the formula to enhance the color effect so that the dark color more correct.

2.Through the optimization of the various processes so that the permeability of the fabric better to avoid sewing yarn white.
